Cities - Python Telegram bot

This is a simple bot which plays game of “Cities”. Actually I made it in 2020 using “Python Telegram Bot” library. Recently they deprecated some parameters and I decided to rewrite it using another library - “AIOGRAM”. Plus it allowed me to follow asynchronous fashion :)
